SHIPPING POLICY
Where we ship
We ship to all 27 EU member states, plus the UK, Norway, and Switzerland. For destinations outside this list, please contact us at info.woveproducts@gmail.com before ordering.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders within the EU. UK, Norway, and Switzerland: a flat €15 shipping fee applies.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or Dutch public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, expected delivery times by carrier (PostNL or equivalent):
— Netherlands: 1–2 business days
— Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: 2–4 business days
— Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
— UK, Norway, Switzerland: 5–10 business days (subject to customs)
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive it by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Customs and duties
Orders within the EU: no customs fees or import duties apply. Orders to the UK, Norway, or Switzerland may be subject to local customs charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel doesn't arrive within the timeframe above, or arrives damaged, email us at info.woveproducts@gmail.com within 14 days of dispatch and we'll resolve it — replacement, refund, or carrier claim, whichever fits.
Returns
Returns are handled separately under our Refund Policy. In short: 30 days from delivery, item must be in original condition with all included accessories.
